Almost 3am Current Listen....

Favorite things!
- Listening to my old school records... it takes me back
- Daydreaming about the future... brings me forward
- Lying in the grass looking up at the sky, listening to the wind
- I love chasing my love paris around
- I love spending time beside the ocean, playing in the sand... its just grand
- Loosing myself in my beloved Los Angeles
- Going through my closet and wearing my fanciest dress just because.
- Washing dishes in high heels because I can...
- Spending 2 hours on my hair...
- I love the leisure of taking my time, like the old days. Even though my mind goes 100mph everything else goes in slow motion.

Inspiration....
Using a large waterpark to advantage, McDean has created a sensory pleasure with the varying perspectives of the turn pipes. The styling is little girl lost fused with Alice in Wonderland elements like larger than life bows, platform Mary Janes and tunic dresses complete with petticoats peeping out. Fashion is having quite the schizophrenic moment. On one hand, we have a dark, gothic, hard-edged, futuristic silhouette with plenty of attitude and on the other we have a delicate, floral, ladylike aesthetic that seems worlds apart.
